To compensate for the lack of infrastructures and spaces that can host major events in Tangier, the cultural and events component occupies a prominent place in the project. Thus, the city will benefit from various spaces for the construction and development of various facilities:

• A museum will be established at the crossroads of the city, the harbour and the beach in a surface area of approximately 15,000 m2;
• A convention centre with a capacity of 1,500 seats with several rooms will host projections and theater plays. It will be integrated into the conversion of the old grain halls of the old port;
• A multiplex cinema in an area of 7000 m2.
